Antoine grew up in an entrepreneurial family active in organic food. He holds a Master of Laws and an MBA from IE Business School.

Nathalie has always immersed herself in multicultural environments.
With many years of international experience, she is currently the head of operations at Posidonia.
She wears many hats and adapts to all situations, always with a smile.

Sébastien was one of the very first users of Posidonia in the industrial bakery he managed for over 20 years. He wanted to give meaning to the third phase of his professional career and so naturally joined the Posidonia team to take charge of the Sales Department for France.

Kevin is the youngest member of the team. With his engineering degree in Agro-Food and Health, he is the pillar that answers scientific questions. Curious and persevering, he travels the roads to convince manufacturers to be involved in the transition to less salty recipes, and takes pleasure in running stores to raise customer awareness of the importance of eating a balanced diet.
